How will I know that an e-mail is really from Fabricjam?
If you receive an e-mail that asks you for any personal information from you ie: passwords or bank details, this is definitely not from us. We will never request any personal or confidential information from you in our e-mails.If you are unsure, please login to Fabricjam and check your message inbox. If it is from us, then it will also be in your message inbox.
How do I end my listing immediately?
If you would like to end your listing, please goto your account and select the item that you are selling.
Please be aware that frequent misuse of this facility may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension or indefinite suspension of your account.
How do I cancel or retract my bid?
We recommend that you read the entire item description carefully before bidding on or purchasing an item. Please contact the seller with any questions you may have before actually placing a bid. When you bid on an auction or buy a product at a fixed rate, you are entering into a binding contract between yourself and the seller, and have committed yourself to purchasing the item.
You may cancel or retract your bid using the bid retraction form, but only under the following circumstances:
You entered wrong amount
Seller changed item description
You cannot contact the seller
Please note that the amount of bid retractions you make will be visible on your profile page. Please click here if you would like to complete a bid retraction form.
If you are bidding on an auction and do not wish to complete the transaction, for a reason other than as described above, please contact us and we may remove the bid at our discretion. If we choose not to cancel your bid and you win the auction, you are obligate to complete the transaction and pay for the item. If you do not pay for it, the seller may then start a non payment report against you in order to have their fee’s reimbursed. Frequent misuse of this facility may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension or indefinite suspension of your account.
I did not receive an item I paid for, does Fabricjam offer any insurance?
No. We do not offer any insurance. Please read through the sellers full postage policy before bidding. We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery, especially for higher priced items to avoid disappointment should this occur.

Account Suspension
Suspended account:
There are two reasons why an account may be suspended by Fabricjam:
• Serious breaches of Fabricjam's Rules and Policies: To reinstate your account, please follow the instructions on the suspension notice we send you. If you didn't receive a suspension email, please ask us how to reinstate your account.
• Non-payment of Fabricjam Fees: Your account will be reinstated automatically as soon as you pay any outstanding fees
Beware of fake suspension notices
Some spoof emails state that your account has been, or will be, suspended. Spoof or “phishing” emails claim to be sent by Fabricjam or PayPal, but are actually an attempt to gain access to sensitive personal information. Often spoof emails ask you to sign in or submit information by clicking on a link, which takes users to a fake website.
If you've been suspended, your activity on the Fabricjam website will be severely limited. Your suspension notice will also appear in My Messages.
Account closure
Using our sole discretion, we retain the right to permanently close an account if we feel that a user is not trading on Fabricjam in accordance with our policies.
Though we are not obligated to provide a reason for account closure, reasons for account closure can include:
